Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use My Projects Assist, create an account, upload a document, use a free service, or ask us to provide a paid service.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Free services
The Research Topic Finder, Review My Work, and Word Counter are currently free. Topic suggestions, reviewer comments, and extracted word counts should still be checked against your institution’s requirements.
Human services
Document review, research guidance, originality reports, and language editing are delivered according to the information, files, scope, price, and deadline agreed for each request. A request is not confirmed until our team accepts it and communicates any applicable payment terms.
Academic responsibility
Our services support legitimate learning, research planning, feedback, and editing. We do not complete assessed work, ghostwrite work for submission, fabricate data or citations, impersonate a student, or help someone conceal dishonest authorship. You remain responsible for your ideas, evidence, citations, institutional rules, and anything you submit or publish.
Reports and language editing
Similarity and AI-writing reports are diagnostic tools, not verdicts. Editing is intended to improve language and clarity while preserving your meaning. We do not promise a particular detector score or offer editing as a way to evade academic-integrity checks.
Files and confidentiality
You confirm that you have the right to share uploaded material with us. We handle submitted files in line with our Privacy Policy and may remove material that is unlawful, harmful, or outside the agreed service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made solely from tool output or preliminary guidance.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as services change. Material updates will be posted here. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
