1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by MyProjectsAssist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Services
My Project Assist provides two primary services: (a) a Free Review Service for academic projects, including thesis and dissertation chapters, providing structural and logical feedback, and (b) a Paid Project Completion Service, where our consultants execute project work (writing, data analysis) as agreed upon via a separate contract.
The Free Review Service is provided "as is" and is intended as preliminary guidance only.
3. User Obligations and Academic Integrity
Users agree that any content submitted for the Free Review Service must be their own original work. Users utilizing the Paid Project Completion Service acknowledge that the content provided is for research and study purposes, and it is the user's responsibility to adhere to their institution's academic integrity policies regarding the submission of outsourced work. MyProjectsAssist strictly prohibits the use of its services for cheating or academic fraud.
4. Limitation of Liability
MyProjectsAssist shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the services, including academic consequences, loss of data, or interruption of business.
